The first step is to find the right apartment. Once we have found a suitable property, we prepare a rental offer as follows:

The applicant is responsible for the payment of the rental and service charge deposits plus the agency fees, upon signature of the rental offer.
Once the rental offer is accepted, we will help you to subscribe to a multi-risk home insurance, which is mandatory. Our team will also arrange to register the lease and subscribe to the contracts needed (electricity, water, internet, telephone)
Once the lease has been registered (10 working days), it is possible to apply for a residency card.
The terms and conditions for renting an apartment in Monaco are standard and regulated by the Chambre Immobilière de Monaco (Monaco Real Estate Chamber).
